Improved Admin Interface

Overview

The Now Book It team has reworked and improved the admin site. These improvements will make it easier and faster for our customers to make changes to their account.

Main Changes

• New Look - the general look and feel of the admin site has been given a fresh and modern feel, while retaining all the previous features of the admin site

• Save on Page - when you save changes on a specific page by clicking the "Save" button, you will stay on the same page rather than being taken to a different admin page
• Grouping - customers are now able to move through related topics faster, as we've grouped related topics together. Using the screenshot above, you can see how we broken down the different options:
  • Venue - overall information for your venue, such as location details as well as payment options
  • Booking Widget - all settings relating to the venue's online booking widget, including widget settings, messages, and design
  • Diary Booking - Standby and Booked By options
  • Communication - design emails, setup SMS messaging, and edit settings for email and SMS for the venue
  • Integrations - connecting your Now Book It account to 3rd-party applications like Facebook, Google Tag Manager, and many other partners
  • Gift Card Settings - Design your Gift Card widget and set your options for how you want to use gift cards for your venue
  • Gift Card Setup - Design the look and feel of your gift cards
  • Gift Card Management - review all previous gift card purchases
