How to change the status of a customer's booking
You can change the status of a booking to seated, finished, cancelled or no show in the Bookings list of the Restaurant Diary (Floor Plan view) or by clicking the status of the Booking in the Diary Grid or directly on the Floor Plan.
To status on the bookings list:
Select the status on the booking in the list. The following window will appear.
- To change status in Floor Plan view, select the status in the center of the table. The following window will appear allowing you to change booking status.
2. To change the status in the Diary Grid view, select the status at the front of the booking. The following window will appear allowing the status to be changed.
3. You can also change booking status by opening the booking form as shown below.
