Developer Tools for Troubleshooting
How to Access Developer Tools and Take a Screenshot (for Error Messages or Loading Issues)
If you’re seeing an “Error loading” message, our team may ask you to take a screenshot of your entire browser’s screen. This helps us see what’s happening behind the scenes so we can fix it faster.
Follow the steps below depending on your browser:
For Google Chrome

Open Now Book It on the page where the issue is happening.

On your keyboard, press:
Windows:Ctrl + Shift + I
Mac:Command + Option + I
- This opens the Developer Tools panel on the side or bottom of your screen. -
Click the Console tab at the top of the Developer Tools window.

You’ll see a list of messages, including any errors (usually in red).

Take a screenshot:

Windows: Press
PrtScnor use the Snipping Tool. -
Mac: Press
Command + Shift + 4to drag and capture the area.

Attach the screenshot when replying to our support email or message.
For Microsoft Edge

Open the Now Book It page that’s having issues.

Press
Ctrl + Shift + I(Windows) orCommand + Option + I(Mac). -
Select the Console tab.

Take a screenshot showing the error messages.
What a Useful Screenshot Looks Like
Your screenshot should include:

The Now Book It page with the error visible.

The Console tab open with any red error messages showing.
This gives our developers everything they need to diagnose the problem quickly. Remember the more information the better.
