Generating Reports in Now Book It

You have access to a range of reports that provide different insights into your bookings. These include reports that show covers vs. bookings, arrival patterns over time, average booking sizes, as well as details on cancellations and no-shows.

To access reports, go to your Booking Diary, click the menu (three lines) in the top left corner, and select Reports.

Overview

The Overview Report provides a summary of bookings vs covers, including how the booking was made (phone, email, online, or walk-in). It also breaks bookings down by the section of the venue they’re allocated to.

  • Information is shown for each service.

  • Reports can be run for a specific date range or just a single day.

Booking Arrival Times

This report shows the most popular booking times along with a breakdown of covers.

  • You can filter results by service or section.

Bookings Over Time

Helpful for staffing, scheduling, and planning, this report shows bookings across a set date range.

  • Quickly see which days have bookings and which do not.

Booking Size

This report allows you to search for bookings by size.

  • Set a minimum and maximum number of people.

  • Results display a list of customers (from oldest to newest) within a specific date range.

Booking Errors

This report lists bookings with conflicts for a chosen date range.

  • Conflicts may occur when two bookings overlap on the same table, or if changes were made to the customer’s originally booked service.

No Show / Cancellation Bookings

This report shows all bookings marked as Cancelled or No Show.

  • You can refine the results by entering a minimum and maximum booking size.
