How to create Booking Options

Now Book It offers the functionality of allowing customers to select varying options when booking through the booking widget. Follow the steps below to create this within your Schedule.

To start, navigate to your Settings from your bookings screen:

Once in your Settings, select Booking Options from the side panel menu:

Press the sign in the top right hand corner of this screen, and here is where you can start to create your Booking Option.
Enter the Payment Type, Price Per Person, Name, Widget Label and Widget
Description The customer only sees Widget Label & Widget Description
Press Save

Once you have created your Booking Options, you will then need to attach them to your Schedule.

In your Settings page, select your Schedule. Click into the Service (eg: Lunch/Dinner) and select the Payments & Booking Options tab
Under the Payment Type Select Booking Options
Select if you would like Whole Booking on One Option (this is setting the requirement that all guests have to select the same booking option) or Quantities per option (this setting allows guests within the booking to have the choice of the other booking options listed)
Select the Booking Options you would like to apply to this service by clicking into the Search for Booking Options section
Press Save
