Once you confirm your agreement in writing, our team will activate your integration.
Activation & API Keys
To enable your integration:

Each POS integration adds ongoing server load for data processing and storage. The monthly integration fee covers these infrastructure costs and ensures reliable system performance.
Is there a setup cost from Now Book It?
No — there’s no setup charge from Now Book It. Only the ongoing monthly integration fee applies for POS integrations, and it will be added to Now Book It's subscription fee.
Do Function Tracker, First Table, or Impact Data integrations have fees?
No. These integrations are free to set up from the Now Book It side.
Can I integrate both a POS and a CRM system?
Yes. You can connect both if supported, allowing reservations, payments, and customer data to sync across platforms.
