Integrating Your POS or CRM with a Now Book It Partner

Connecting your POS (Point of Sale) or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to Now Book It allows your bookings, payments, and customer data to sync automatically. This guide explains how to activate your integration, the costs involved, and what to expect once it’s live.

Integration Fees

POS Integrations

  • A monthly integration fee applies to all POS integrations. $20/month for the full integration & bookings only integrations, or $10/month for gift card only integrations.

Free Integrations

  • There is no fee from Now Book It for integrations with Function Tracker, me&u's Connect, First Table, or Impact Data's Talkbox.

Once you confirm your agreement in writing, our team will activate your integration.

Activation & API Keys

To enable your integration:

  1. Confirm which POS or CRM system you’re using.

  2. Agree to the integration fee (if applicable).

  3. Our team will liaise with our POS or CRM partner who will reach out to you, for Square and Lightpseed/Kounta Integrations our Integrations Specialist will provide instructions on the next steps to take.

  4. Once connected, reservations, payments, and gift card data will begin syncing automatically.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is there an integration fee for POS systems?
Each POS integration adds ongoing server load for data processing and storage. The monthly integration fee covers these infrastructure costs and ensures reliable system performance.

Is there a setup cost from Now Book It?
No — there’s no setup charge from Now Book It. Only the ongoing monthly integration fee applies for POS integrations, and it will be added to Now Book It's subscription fee. 

Do Function Tracker, First Table, or Impact Data integrations have fees?
No. These integrations are free to set up from the Now Book It side.

Can I integrate both a POS and a CRM system?
Yes. You can connect both if supported, allowing reservations, payments, and customer data to sync across platforms.

How do I activate my API key?
The Now Book It support team will activate the API Key and liaise with our POS or CRM partner, who will reach out to you. For Square and Lightpseed/Kounta Integrations our Integrations Specialist will provide instructions on the next steps to take.
