      New Customer Form

      Adding a customer manually

      A new Customer Form has been implemented to streamline the search, editing and creation of customers. It decreases the number of duplicate customers created and customers edited in error.

      This feature goes hand in hand with the new Booked By feature.  

      Enabling the New Customer Form

      Starting 26th August 2024, the new Customer Form is turned on for all accounts by default. 

      If you need to disable the new Customer Form, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

      Search for an existing customer

      Selecting an existing customer

      Edit an existing customer

      Creating a new customer
