Using the New Customer Form on Diary Mobile

This guide explains how to use the new customer form on the mobile version of your Now Book It diary. 

Enable New Customer Form

You must have the new customer form enabled in your diary settings to access it through Diary Mobile.  

1. Log in to your Admin portal through admin.nowbookit.com
2. Select Diary settings on the left sidebar
3. Toggle on the ‘Enable New Customer Form’ checkbox
   
   

Using New Customer Form on Diary Mobile

The new customer form works the same on the mobile version as it does in your diary. 

1. Log in to Diary Mobile through a mobile device using this link: mobile.nowbookit.com
2. Click on the purple + icon to create a new booking

If it’s an existing customer:

• Perform a customer search to auto-populate the details. Customer search can be done using these identifiers:

• • Phone number
  • First name
  • Surname
  • Email address
  • Company

If it’s a new customer:

• Create a new booking by filling in the details using the customer form.
