Now Book It - User Permission Levels
Now Book It offers multiple login access levels within the admin page, each designed to control the functionality and settings available to users based on their role.
Account Owner
- Full level access to all functions and settings within admin page.
- Full access to all functions and settings within diary.
- Creation of all user access level logins, including Account Admin.
Account Admin
- Create new venues under the admin page.
- Edit all settings within the admin page and diary.
- Ability to create Venue Manager, Venues User, Restricted Venue User and ABC User logins.
Venue Manager
- Ability to create Venue User logins for the venue they are assigned too.
- Has read-only access to venues within the account which they are not assigned too.
- Ability to lock/unlock specific bookings and diary for changes.
- Can enable experience gift cards
Venue User
- Can view and edit settings in the diary.
- Can access the admin page only to view gift cards.
- Full access to reservations within the diary.
- Can create blockouts within the diary view.
Restricted Venue User
- No access to admin page.
- Can view the diary for reservations.
- Restricted access to settings in the diary.
ABC User
- No access to admin page.
- No access to booking diary.
- Has a standalone dashboard interface for inputting reservations.
