OolioPOS Gift Card Integration

1. Log in to the POS

• Open the POS login screen.
• Enter your PIN.

2. Create a Test Order

1. Tap New Order.
2. Create an order.
3. Save the order.
4. Go to Open Orders, then select the order you just created.
5. Tap Pay.
6. You’ll now see Gift Card listed as a payment option.

If you do not see the "Gift Card" option, the platforms are not integrated.

3. Process a Gift Card Payment

• Select Gift Card.

• Enter either:

  • The last four digits, or

  • The full gift card number, or

  • Use the OolioPOS barcode scanner.

• The POS will display the Now Book It card balance

If incorrect, you’ll see a “Gift card not found” message.

4. Partial Payment

Enter how much of the order you want to redeem using the gift card (can be a partial amount).

• Confirm the payment.

The order will show that the gift card payment was processed.

• To complete a remaining payment, return to the order, select the remaining payment method (another gift card, card, or cash), and finish the order.

5. Complete the Transaction

• If the order is a partial payment the POS will display:

  • The order balance.

• Alternatively, you can:

  • Pay in full.

• Confirm the payment to complete the order.

The Payment will process and automatically be partially redeemed or fully redeemed in NBI admin page.
