How to use the padlock feature to lock your diary and put it in Read Only mode

In this video you will see how to use the padlock feature to lock your diary and put it in Read Only mode, so staff can't edit unless the have the pass-code to unlock the diary.

This also runs through how to change the pass-code for users if you have forgotten the 4 digit code.

You must have administrator access to the system to change the pass code of users, you will need to consult your venue manager or account owner if you don't have the correct user access.
