SMS - Setup

Now Book It has the ability to send SMS’s to customers who make a booking, in addition venues can also receive SMS’s when customer place a booking.

1. Go to the Admin Portal, select your venue

2. Go to the Communication tab on the lefthand side

3. Select SMS settings Tab at the top, select Set Up SMS, complete the empty field

4. Click Setup prepay SMS

   
   

5. A window will appear, which will ask you to confirm the number of tables and number of services you have normally. You will then need to confirm if your payment country is Australia or New Zealand.

6. Click Proceed in the pop-up window.

7. This will take to you an external site where you can enter your payment details. This will     add SMS credit to your Now Book It account.
