SMS - Update Payment

How do update payment for pre-paid SMS message sent from your account.

Update Payment Instructions

  1. Log in to your Now Book It admin page at: https://admin.nowbookit.com

     

  2. Click "Communication" on the left, and then click "SMS Settings"Screen Shot 2026-02-09 at 12.42.53 PM

  3. Click "Change Payment Details." If you do not need this option, your account is most likely set up with "Post-Pay" SMS. If so, please contact Engage directly to make changes.

  4. In the pop-up window, enter the Number of tables and Number of services per day to calculate the necessary SMS credits and click "Proceed"Screen Shot 2026-02-09 at 12.46.13 PM
  5. This will load a page for the SMS provider. Enter your new payment details and click "Pay Now"240613 Now Book It - Pay Now Screenshot

 

Your payment information is now updated for SMS purchases.
