Table Joins in the Diary View

How to see table options in the Diary

Table joins are pre-configured in table layouts and appear as a table in the drop down list in the booking form (see more on how to configure Table Joins Procedures for menu in diary: Layout settings in the diary)

Table joins will appear like this in the Diary when selected:

…and like this in the floor plan, Please note that the Floor Plan is static and will not move with table joins.

Table joins can also be made manually.

1. You can make the table join when either creating the booking or editing a booking.
2. When creating the booking, you need to select the Manual Join tick box next to the table in the pink rectangle where it has automatically been assigned.

3. Tick boxes will then appear next to each of the tables that you can select to join them.

4. Select Save.

5. If you are editing a booking, select the booking you would like to join additional tables to.

6. From the booking form select the Tables drop down menu.

7. Via the tick boxes, select the tables you would like to join to the booking.

8. Select Save.
