1. Basic Login Fix

Close your current browser tab.

Open a new tab and manually enter this address:

Attempt to log in again using your username and password.

Google Chrome (Laptop – Windows/macOS)

Close all Chrome windows completely.

Reopen Google Chrome (do not open Now Book It yet).

On your keyboard, press Ctrl + H (Windows) or Command + Y (Mac) to open History.

In the left menu, click Clear browsing data.

In the pop-up window:

Set the Time range to All time.

Under both the Basic and Advanced tabs, tick:

Cached images and files
-
Cookies and other site data
-

Click Clear data.

Close Chrome once the data is cleared.

Reopen Chrome and navigate to:

Log in using your credentials.
Safari (Laptop – macOS Only)

Open Safari.

In the top menu bar, click Safari > Preferences.

Go to the Privacy tab.

Click Manage Website Data...

Click Remove All, then confirm by clicking Remove Now.

Reopen admin.nowbookit.com and log in again.
Microsoft Edge (Laptop – Windows/macOS)

Open Microsoft Edge.

Click the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner.

Navigate to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.

Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.

Set the Time range to All time.

Restart Edge and go to admin.nowbookit.com to log in.
