Sadie - Pause Sadie

Pausing Sadie is only possible from the customer's view of Sadie settings, so you'll need to walk the customer through how to pause on their end:

1. Login to the Sadie Account at: https://app.heysadie.ai
2. Click “Settings” on the left menu
3. A few fields down will be the “Pause Sadie,” that will have Sadie divert to the “Backup Phone Number”
   1. This backup number should be different from the Sadie number, so that Sadie doesn’t cycle over and over between Sadie and main line
   2. This does not pause their billing for Sadie
   
4. Now Book It should contact Brandon and Lorraine whenever a customer requests to pause Sadie.
