Update Information (No Owner Change)
Option A
If a customer wants to change the payment information for their SMS charges on Now Book It, they can call 1800 001 201 or 0420 939 066 to update the information. Using this option will prevent a customer from being charged an SMS top up at the time of changing the Credit Card information.
Option B
Alternatively, the customer can change the information via Admin on Now Book It, but this will charge them a new payment once they update the details. Note: using this option will charge the customer an SMS top up at the time of changing the Credit Card information.
- Go to the Admin page for the venue
- Go to Diary > SMS Setup
- Click "Change Payment Details"
- Follow the steps on the pop-up windows
Update Information (Owner Change)
If there is a new owner for the venue, once you have swapped over the details in our system you should then email Oxygen8 ( nowbookit@engagehub.com ) with the following details for them to update their end so the invoices are correct on the customers side and they need to include:
- Venue Name
- MSISDN # (shown below)
- Customer First Name
- Customer Last Name
- Email Address
- Address / Postcode
