Custom PAX per Interval Set Up

A custom PAX per interval setting allows you to control the number of guests booked into a specific time slot, or even remove certain time slots from the booking widget.

The custom PAX per interval setting provides greater flexibility and control over your booking availability, ensuring that your service can accommodate the right number of guests at the right time.

 For example, if you have a service that can only accommodate 15 people every 30 minutes, you can set this custom interval to limit the number of customers booked during each time period.

1. In your diary settings, select the day, then the service where you wish to apply the custom PAX interval setting:
2. Click into the ‘Settings’ tab within the service:
3. Enable the ‘Custom Pax per Interval’ setting at the bottom of the page, once enabled you will see a list of times displayed below,
   1. Leaving the field blank will impose no additional limitations on that time slot, aside from your existing diary settings (e.g. layout capacity, table availability)
   2. Entering a specific number will restrict the reservation time to the number of people entered.
   3. Adding a ‘0’ will remove that time slot from being available to book.
4. Once you have entered the correct values press "Save"
