Downloading Past and Future Bookings
This article will walk you through how to download past and future reservations—including customer information and booking details, by exporting the runsheet.
Once you're in your Diary, switch to the Runsheet View of your bookings.
You'll find this option in the top left corner of the date section.
Refer to the screenshot below for guidance.
Download the Runsheet
In the top right corner, you’ll see three buttons. Click the middle button, which is the Download button.
This button provides two functions:

Export the current day's runsheet, or
-
Export booking data for a specific date range (up to 31 days).
Choose a Date or Date Range

To export a single day, no additional input is needed—just proceed with the export.

To export a date range, select your preferred start and end dates using the calendar tool.
Note: You can only export a maximum range of 31 days at a time.
Export to CSV
Once your selection is made, click Export to CSV. The download will begin and save automatically to your computer.
What’s Included in the CSV Export
Your exported CSV file will include the following fields:

Booking ID

Booking Name
-
Date & Time
-
Number of Guests
-
Contact Details
-
Booking Source
-
Status
- Table(s)
-
Notes (if any)
- Booking Options (if any)
- Payments (if any)
Note: If an email address is missing from the exported data, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

The customer has opted out of receiving marketing communications.
-
The booking was made over the phone and entered manually by staff, and no email address was provided.
