Digging into the Overview tab

What is the Overview Tab?

The first screen you will see upon your successful login to Sadie is the Overview tab which provides a snapshot of your Sadie AI system, including:

  • Recent Calls: A list of calls answered by Sadie AI, including recordings, transcripts and call summaries.

  • Analytics: Bookings received, calls received and total time spent on the phone.

  • Call Categories: An at a glance view of the kinds of calls your customers are calling in with.

  • Customer information: Name and phone number of the caller.

How to Use the Overview Tab

  • Use the filters to view specific date ranges.

  • Click on individual calls to review transcripts and call recordings.

  • Monitor call transfers to see if there are commons questions we can have Sadie answer for you by adding them to the Knowledge Base.
