Sadie - Working Hours

This is what Sadie will look at when answering calls with this question as well as the time she is able to make bookings for. As an example if these hours stipulate that you're closed at 5pm and someone calls to book at 6pm, Sadie will tell them you're not open, even if there is availability in your Now Book It diary.

By default, the hours here are set from 9am - 5pm (not usually the hours of any venue in the hospitality world) so you'll just need to update this to reflect the time the venue is actually open.

Additional notes

• The hours are the hours the venue is operational, similar to what you have on Google - There's currently no distinction for kitchen hours, bar hours, hotel hours etc. Thanks to a lot of feedback from our users, this is a feature we're working hard on releasing and it should be available soon.

• If you've tried entering your opening times past 12am already, you'll have noticed you will receive an error. To add in hours past 12am please set your opening time until 11:59pm and then set an additional time by clicking '+Add Time Range' and adding in an additional time from 12am - Xam

• If you are closed on a particular day of the week, you can simply click the 'Remove Day' trash can icon in the top right of the day to delete this. Adding a day can be done at the bottom of the page by clicking '+ Add New Day'

• If you do plan to open or close on a day you don't usually - Even if this has been updated in your Now Book It diary, you will need to make sure it's updated in Sadie additionally. Sadie will tell customers you're open or closed on a given day if that's what is recorded in this section regardless of what is available in Now Book It so make sure it is kept up to date!
